Fishing Charter Terms of Service for Miami Yacht Charters

- At this time, we do not require a waiver to join a fishing charter with Miami Yacht Charters. 

- A parent or guardian must be present at all times with a child under the age of 18. 

Booking Policies

- Select a trip that is appropriate for your skill level and target fish species 

- Select your date and place your deposit upon booking (You may book online or call to book)

- You may call to adjust your trip at any time. 

- Trips include 13 guests and leave from Miami Beach or North Bay Village, FL fishing inshore, offshore, or both depending on seasonality, your trip type, and desired fish species.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip. We accept cash or you may charge the remaining balance on your credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

- All trips must be canceled 3 days or further from your trip date to receive a refund on your deposit

- If you need to cancel within your window, you may reschedule, or cancel and forfeit your deposit. 

- Although rare, double bookings may happen and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs to ensure you have a great time fishing Miami Beach.
